Program Assessment

In this index, tips, resources, and strategies encourage careful (and dare we say, “fun”) Program Assessment. Organizational leadership may find that current programs and services need a “refresh.” Start with identifying current strengths, using those strengths to guide the refinements to programs and services. Organizational leadership may also find that they are ready to launch a new program or service; strong program and service design is based on an embedded strategy for assessment, including when, why, how, and what data to collect.
